Our Olneya steak knife collection harkens back to traditional steakhouse knives with its old-school and instantly recognizable shape. The knife features a curved, non-serrated blade shape with a swept-up tip and a full-bodied handle with clean lines rounding to a broad backside. The Olneya is a natural pairing alongside rich and timeless steakhouse cuts where a heftier or more significant knife is desired. With a blade height of nearly 1.5”, it can handle thicker cuts with ease.
