But after 10 years in the restaurant industry this is the first knife I bought for myself ... its truly mind blowing how beautiful this knife is .. and even more so how sharp it is . While expensive it’s a hand crafted tool that will last you a life time and your kids a lifetime . Every knife these guys make is a beautiful work of art worth every penny .
